STAY AWAY FROM MAKRO ONLINE PURCHASING!!!!

On the 26th of November i had placed a online order for 2 boxes of nappies and a 6 pack of wet wipes. Its now been almost 2 damn weeks and it hasn't arrived! Tell me how long does it take to package such simple items???? You guys a pathetic and useless to the core. Those items were needed in that given delivery time fram, what is my son supposed to use whilst your company and warehouse and delivery staff are USELESS!!!?????. I HAVE SENT 15 EMAILS AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSES, YOUR WHATSAPP IS USELESS AS YOUR STAFF AND YOUR CALL CENTRE IS JUST A WASTE OF AIRTIME. I WANT MY ITEMS HERE THIS WEEK OR GIVE ME A GOD DAMN REFUND AND I WILL NOT BE WAITING 10 DAYS FOR MY OWN MONEY! NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU GUYS EVER AGAIN!!!
