Stay away from Makro Online Purchases!

I purchased an oven and washing machine online from Makro using their app. For some reason the order was split and they provided me with updates on the oven. Two days after order i received the oven and not a single update on the progress of the washing machine, which i was supposed to receive the same day! Forward to the next day i receive an email saying my refund request was approved. Baffled since i did not request a refund i headed to the app to see that they do not have stock and i will get my money back after 20 days!! And they are still advertising the washing machine on their app, available to be bought, which either means they do have stock and neglected to do their job, or were late with delivery and couldn’t man up and ask for an extra day to deliver or they don’t update their app. Will never buy from their app again. I called their call centre and all they could say was ‘sorry, sorry’. Useless.
