STAY AWAY FROM MAKRO ONLINE ORDERING!!!

I ordered a book online. Estimated delivery date from 13 JANUARY 2020. Started enquiring about a week later. Finally after two weeks I get a mail to say that my enquiry has been allocated to a “customer service consultant.” NEVER heard anything from them again. Cancelled the order online: NO REFUND. Enquired: NO RESPONSE. It is now a MONTH from the original delivery date: NO BOOK, NO MONEY. Thanks for your **** POOR customer service MAKRO!
