Stay away from Makro online (Marketplace)

I placed an order on the 22nd of April with confirmation that the goods will be delivered in 5 days. After numerous follow ups the status changed to 'delivery successful' on the 10th of May. I have not received the goods!

I've tried following it up with Makro Marketplace and every time they confirm the case will be escalated. Still nothing happened. I then asked for a refund and received a message the case has been escalated to the refund department. Still nothing happened. Been following up ever since with regards to refund without any reply. The goods were paid in full and no product has been delivered.

Please stay away from Makro Marketplace. This is a very badly run platform and because of this Makro is losing loyal customers. I will not do business with Makro again and will take my money elsewhere.
