Stay away from Makro online

Makro is one of the best stores you could buy from but their online department is appalling, I have place an order of 2 of the same item 3 weeks ago and they only delivered one, I have spent lots of airtime calling them and all the consultants say one thing “ I will escalate it” I remember even asking the last one why they keep saying the same thing was it not escalated by the first one she said yes it was and she will make sure the queries department will call me same day and they never did. i have sent emails aswell but getting automated responses with different reference numbers, I don't even want to get started on their facebook page, every post you find of theirs the are comments not about the post but about their bad online service some people have been waiting as far as since November last year and I wish I had seen those before I made the purchase because even on that facebook people are just ranting no one is replying or doing a follow up. all I wish is to get a delivery or a refund if they cannot deliver.
