Makro *****ing people's money. Happy to take it, not deliver and then no refund. Shocking customer service with an imbecile that can give no answers but tells you it's escalated. ESCALATED TO WHO???? Fresh damn air. No solutions just pass the buck on to their imaginary escalation. Embarrassing for the makro brand.
