STAY AWAY FROM MAKRO ONLINE!!!

I will never ever order from Makro Online again!!!!!! I placed an order at the end of March 2026. Delivery was to occur 1 April 2026. It never happened. I followed up constantly regarding delivery, to be told it will be escalated. It was never escalated. I think it is part of the call center's script to tell a customer that it will be escalated so the customer can feel that something will be done. I even spoke to a manager at the call center who undertook to personally sort this out, process my refund and call to me to let me know what is happening - this was the end of April. They are all completely useless and ****s. It is now heading towards the end of May and still no resolution or refund. And low and behold, I called the call center and they had the audacity to once again tell me it will be escalated.
