Stay away from Makro online

I purchased a tv from Makro online on 10/02/2025 and when I arrived home the tv did not work. There seemed to be no reception no matter what I tried. I contacted Makro and they said a technician would need to come out. I even went back to the store to try and buy an aerial of the same brand, which did not resolve my issue. After numerous calls and escalations, Makro staff conceded and agreed to have the tv collected for for a full refund. The tv was collected on 9 April and to date I have yet to receive my refund. It has been more than 3 months, my money is gone and I have no product. That is ridiculous service!
