Stay away from Makro online

Following on from my review of Makro online 2 weeks back I received a call from a Makro agent, who promised to investigate and call me back by the end of the following day. No surprise he did not. I then received a call from a person who identified himself as his boss. I invited him to review the emails and listen to the recordings of the telephonic conversations. He confirmed that it is indeed Makro policy that if you order before 12 you can get delivery the next day and could not explain why I did not. He also did not know why my order was cancelled. He promised to call me back. 7 days later I am still waiting. Stay away from Makro online they don't keep their promises.
