STAY AWAY FROM MAKRO ONLINE!!!!

If I could rate a zero, I would. I am warning you guys, do not buy a phone online with Makro. I ordered a phone on the 7th of Jan and it was not delivered. I went to the physical store on the 18th to enquire only to be informed that there is a third party involved that I needed to speak to. I spoke to a lady called Nthabeleng without a care in the world did not even apologise for not giving me an update on the phone. She even said she was not responsible for not giving me an update and that she doesn't know why the relevant department did not speak to me, she did so with no remorse or care. She said she will call me with feedback and still nothing to date. DO NOT BUY A PHONE ONLINE AT MAKRO!!!!!!!
