STAY AWAY FROM MAKRO ONLINE

Bought a fridge online. First i did not get a message from the courier and it just pitched up at my home. Then after all the hassle the fridge does not work. Been trying for 2 weeks for Makro to collect the fridge and give me a refund. Can't get hold of them as they don't answer calls. Been holding on for 20 Minutes today and no one answers. I can not log a return online as the status is still reflected as "packed" two weeks after delivery. Stay away from Makro online. Utterly useless and worst service ever. Even SAA is beating them now.
