Stay away from Makro
I ordered soft drinks online on the 23 August 2022. I paid R700 and today is the 11 September. Instead one case was cancelled and I was not informed. Today is the 11 of September and I am still waiting for my order. Those drinks were ordered specifically for a function. I don’t understand what is taking this long. If I knew that this is how Makro operates I would have not bothered ordering anything. Going forward I won’t bother. Please deliver my drinks!!!

14 Sept 2022, 11:15Two days later and I am still waiting for my delivery. This is honestly ridiculous now. I am very frustrated and angry that Makro seems to not care about me as a customer. I paid for my order on the 23rd of August. I was called on the 12th of September after my complaint and told I’ll receive my order on the 13th. That did not happen. It is now the 14th and still nothing! No communication or explanation!!! Can my order please be delivered today. Those soft drinks are for a function for Friday. I am fuming!!!!! MAK***
