Stay away from Makro and RCS

Makro and RCS have just handed me over because THEIR insurance paid short on my account. If I look at the FaceBook entries about Makro I can see that customer service is not on their list of Priorities. I have forwarded it all to the Ombudsman. After the last Hellopeter, they did not even bother to phone me.
