Stay away from Makro
Worst online service ever - I ordered on Wednesday the 7th December and then was contacted on the Following Monday to say that there was no stock of the one item so I cancelled it. Waited ages for a refund. Today is Wednesday the 21st December and still haven't received the other item. It was ordered with 2-5 working days delivery. I have spend more than 2 hours (of my own airtime) through numerous phone calls trying to get some feedback and all i get is promises and nothing further. Avoid this store and shop elsewhere - even if it costs more. The frustration caused is not worth the savings.

28 Dec 2022, 08:48The rest of my order was also cancelled two days before Christmas with no feedback or communication. As this was also a Christmas gift, I was then stuffed to have it cancelled 2 days before Christmas. The only way I found out it was cancelled was once again phoning and following up myself. I have sent numerous emails and requested that a manager contact me but I have received no calls or feedback. It was apparently canceled due to no stock but it is still available to purchase on the system. And I have still not received my refund!
