Stay away from Makro!!

Worst experience ever! Stay away from Makro! Online shopping will become your worst nightmare! I ordered items in December, part of my order was till today not delivered, and part of the order damaged. After various communication I was finally advised to log a return on the website for the damaged item, also no response and total waist of time. I bought Sprite and Cokes online, changed my mind and logged a return within the 14 days after delivery date (10 days to be precise) A very rude agent called me and told me that I can not return the items and that I should read the policy online. Which I did now and I am still according to the policy able to return the items! And according to the email I received when the return was logged, a courier will be sent to pick it up, I was also able to select a date. But no one pitch. Instead I had to deal with a very rude employee from Vaal Makro! I am so fed up with Makro! Stay away!!!
