Stay away from Makro
Don't buy from these ******, its been 2 months and i still have not received my refund and when i follow up i just get told a follow up email has been sent to their finance team. I repeat, stay away from Makro online

07 Jul 2025, 10:16You say some instances it too a month to pay the refund but in my case its been over 2 months going for the third month which then makes it clear that it is deliberate. I'm sick and tired of this, all i want is my money and i will cut all ties with Makro. i have never experienced such bad after service before where there is no feedback unless i post a complaint here on Hello Peter. I'm done with Makro just need my money paid back to me

i dont know what to do anymore as its been 5 months and i still have not received my refund and have not received any feedback since this last response.
Can you please confirm in writing if you do not want to pay back my refund so i will know to just accept that i have been ****** by Makro and cut all ties with you guys.
