**** Stanley products sold at Makro

I ordered the following on 3 September 2025: Stanley QUENCHER H2.0 FLOWSTATE™ 1,18L 1180 ml Bottle 1180 ml Bottle (Pack of 1, Blue)

I received my Stanley today (10 September 2025), just to realise after opening it, that it is a completely **** Stanley quencher cup. I compared it to my original Stanley that I already have, and there where clear visible differences, not even the logo on the cup that I received is the same color as the one on the website. I immediately contacted the customer support line, however, no one could give me answers about why Makro is selling **** products on their website. On their website is clearly says the following: "100% Original Products With Assured Brand Warranty" When I demanded that I want my original Stanley quencher cup for the price that I paid, no one could guaranty me that I will receive an original Stanley quencher cup. The consultant even went further and tried to convince me that they changed the seller on the website just after I logged my complaint, little did he know that I when logged in yesterday to check the status of my order, the website already stated the following: "The seller has changed. Check for pricing updates and product related information." So, now even the staff members that are supposed to support the customers is lying to the customers to coverup Makro's tracks of selling **** products on their website?
