**** STANLEY CUPS
WARNING!!! This platform has no quality control. I was sold a counterfeit Stanley Cup (****!!) unaware and I have not even received my refund. The worst part is that when I called, I was told it was sent to the supplier's quality control team, how?? Looking at the reviews, Makro has known about these incidents since April and its sad that more people will unknowingly fall trap to this. Unfortunately I was ****med on their platform (a platform I trusted because I am a Makro customer) and they have no urgency to deal with this. This has put me under a lot of emotional stress.

My order number is MPPSQ3CIC58. Please note that its unfortunate that my matter is being dealt with as if I am returning a product that had a factory fault. Its concerning. Yoh cannot allow individuals sell counterfeits on your platform and ruin your reputation and most importantly receive proceeds from a crime. This is actually more serious than you think. That was a counterfeit product and you still have these things selling on your platform.
For the sake of other unsuspecting victims, remove those things from your website.
