Staff not trained and bad staff management

Went to Strubens Valley to buy a hifi on Tuesday. The guy who helped me did not know much. We found one i liked but I wanted one with a timer on. He said the only we could see that is by looking at the remote. Sadly he did not know where the remotes were for any of the many items on display. He used the escuse that the guy who know has covid. What do they do when the guy is on leave? Then at the tills there was no cashier for pensioners as normal. After I asked at the info desk they ushered me to a cashier which was fine but what about all the other pensioners who were in the queue
