Staff GREAT SWB not answering

I called MAKRO to give a commendation for 2 staff members who helped me excellently today

INDIPHILE and the young temp worker (guy) who helped me with n the Microwave Appliances division

They were excellent

HOWEVER the switchboard didn’t answer and I was waiting forever listening to a promotional message
