Staff going the extra mile
I would love to thank Nontuthuko Ngubane from the Makro Pietermaritzburg branch for doing her job properly! Our coffee machine went in for repairs and was taking a lot longer then normal so I phoned and got hold of Nontu who phoned the repairers and got back to me when she said she would! Its nice to see people who still value their job and do it properly! Thanks Nontu, you made my experience a pleasure!!
