Staff chat more important than clients

Good day. I went to your Brakpan Makro store. I have a voucher to spend, So I went to the counter where they sell the card EFT machines. I waited for the one the staff to finish their chat, and then she proceeded to assist a client with a payment. I was standing right in front of the glass counter. After couple of minutes being ignored I decided that i would leave since the staff were speaking in a language I don't understand. So since I could not join in the convo I decided to leave. I know I lost some weight but I'm still big, so I don't know how they missed me.
