Staff at Makro are ***********.

I ordered and paid for goods from Makro in November 2024 Its now 6 January 2025 and the goods have still not been delivered. I have a call ref number and have phoned 4 times to the online number. Each time I get a promise to be called back but this never happens. After spending three hours on the phone I am still not any nearer to knowing where my goods are.
