Staaf with bad attitude - Makro Strubensvalley

I have placed an online order with Markro. I received a message that my order is ready for collection. Clement (I overheard his name) informed me that my order was n ot even picked and packed yet. I informed them that they are slower than Checkers and Pick n Pay. Clement gave me attitude and as turned my back, Clement and his colleague laugh behind my back. This was the biggest mistake ever as I will make their lives miserable.
