S**t Makro RCS Card constantly declining for no reason

Every couple of months my Makro RCS card declines for no reason, despite having sufficient balance and ALWAYS paying on time via automatic debit order. I then have to call in/go to a branch in person, sign a copy of my ID 3 times, get a new card and pin etc etc just to unblock it again, with no reason provided as to why it keeps getting declined and blocked. Today again at Makro Woodmead, I was left embarrassed at the tillpoint with my card declining 5 times. I had to use my Absa Cheque card which defeats the purpose. I do not recommend getting the Markro RCS card - 0/5. It is unreliable - you are always anxious as to whether it will decline or not. Imagine the embarrassment if you're funds are low and you don't have a backup to pay. This is the last time this card embarrasses me. I will no longer be using it, and will be closing it as soon as it's paid off. To those looking to get a service like this - rather get a credit card from the bank; you can purchase from far more places too and the interest rate is far less.
