Spoilt meat

We bought groceries at Makro Siversands on Friday 16th Feb.

We bought bulk meat, pork, wors, chicken quarters and lamb. When we got home, I portioned it into family size portions.

However most of the meat is spoilt. On Saturday, I cooked the wors. It was fine. On Monday I cooked the thighs and they were spoilt. On Tuesday, I cooked the pork and some it was spoilt. On Wednesday I cooked the lamb and it too was spoilt.

The meat has a funny smell when you cook it.

How could most of the meat be so spoilt?

I sent an email to Makro but 3 days later, the only thing I received was an automated response.

My husband was sick with food poisoning yesterday after eating the lamb.

My freezer is full of spoilt meat that we are scared of eating.
