Spent over 5k and manager refused to give discount

<p>I received an sms from Makro wishing me a happy birthday with a rands off voucher and the manager refused to increase the rands off amount. I spent over 5.2k and honestly feel that managers can use their discretion and give discounts. I will never shop at Makro Silverlakes again. And I will ensure my grandfather who buys in bulk every month not to buy there as well. </p>
