Speed Queen Washing Machine Marko Strubbens Valle

Bought a Speed Queen at Makro on Tues 26 Jan 2016 and they quick to make a sale and when you need after care sales they are not interested. <br> <br> The Speed Queen flooded my kitchen floor last night, we connected the pipes to the taps and placed the washers where they should be, to me it looks like the one clamp is leaking but I am not washing machine expert. <br> I have emailed the Head Office in the USA and Eu which I found in the brochure, the Cd I received in the pack does not even work, Makro was suppose to phone me back with the telephone Numbers of Speed Queen In Sa and I am still waiting, I managed to google the no myself and will follow up. Makro said Speed Queen will charge for a call out if they come and assist me if the installation is wrong, so what kind of customer care is that. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> I am not a very happy customer at the moment. <br>
