Spamming

Good day I am receiving promotion adds on email from makro on a daily basis. I am unsubscribing every day and I have phoned more than once to tell them to take me off of the emailing list but still every day I get emails. I think this is a from of spam and very bad service. They can not even do a simple task like this how can this company be trusted.
