Sort delivery and no response from Makro when I mail them.

Delivery was not done in full after the courier (delivery) was first at the incorrect address and then told me I was not home but he was at the incorrect address. then 2 days later the delivery was done and they short delivers 2 boxes of long life milk. I have been emailing Makro since 2026/01/28 and still no response. This is not a small mistake and they are just ignoring me. I have always been supporting them but now that I need customer care there is none to speak of and I am the losing party with not receiving what I have paid for.
