sold voucher

on sat 04/07/2015 i bought a explora by makro crown mines and they sold me a gold upgrade voucher i.e installation voucher as per their sales person that is as he stated 1 lnb for the dish 25mtr of cabling and one hour of labour for the amount of R1200.00 i phone to book a installation from blingstallation for the 7/7/2015 they came to install the explora and i got charged for the whole installation of R2215.00 and the voucher that makro sold me was Worth nothing i got charge for 2 hours of labour they arrive at 8h25 complete the job at 11h21 and i got charged for extra 2hours of labour and 19mtrs of cable but on the invoce the is no deduction of the R1200.00 that makro sold me for the installation it looks like the smart lnb it cost the amount of R1200.00 and this thing get sold for less that R500.00 so now i want to know by makro do they do this to rob their client base by conspiring with the installer namely blingstallation to ***** from the customer it looks like i was rip of and now i will never get my money from makro or from blingstallation i would like the customer of makro to be warned please don't trust makro and don't let blingstallation near any of your installation
