Sold me an unusable couch + refuse to refund

I bought an L-shaped couch from Makro they are selling it for a manufacture called Beltrancraft and it is absolute *******. The quality is terrible — rock hard, no comfort, you literally cannot relax or sit on it for more than 10 minutes. It looks good in the store but it’s not fit for purpose.

I contacted Makro immediately to return it and told them I don’t want it. They are refusing to refund me and refusing to come fetch their own couch. Zero customer service. Bought L-couch from Makro. Product is not of good quality and not reasonably comfortable for its purpose. In terms of CPA Section 55 & 56 I have right to return faulty/unsuitable goods within 6 months. Informed Makro I reject the goods. They refuse refund and refuse collection. This is unacceptable. Currently escalating to NCC + Ombud. Makro, sort this out
