Sold me a Broken TV and now dragging thier feet to fix it- thats what Makro is about

I bought a TV from Makro in 2019 - 55-inch TV. the TV suddenly stopped working and I was informed that it is still under warranty. i called in December 2022 and logged a call for someone to collect the TV and have the backlight replaced, the reference is: ***. i have called Makro numerous times and every time I have to explain the whole problem again. THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MAKRO - they happy to sell you ******* and when you come back they act confused about it. today someone called me and asked me if someone has called me about the TV then she hung up - what is that? pathetic!
