So on the 3rd of December 2024 I ordered a defy oven at makro and delivery estimated date was the 9th of December 2025 but nothing happened on the 12 of December 2025 I went to makro at carnival to check the order since there is no movement on the order when I got there they told me That the order was cancelled by the coriour guy since they didn't have it in stock they will refund me OK I went back home Secunda hoping I will be refunded soon to get another oven but no it did not happened that way waited for the refund till Jan the 5th thousands calls where made with no valid or productive response till the 12of Jan 2026 the mananger processed the refund on the 12 of Jan 2026 to my suprise still no refund when I call now it's back to square one as they now claim that the person who was assisting me is on leave 2months down now with the oven saga not yet solve what a traumatic experience I'm having with them.
