So not happy

Orderd fridge on th 31st of October, was told delivery will be on the 2nd November today is the 8th ,when i call their call centre they clueless,no manager to speak with and they dont care at all, each agent is unable to assist .worst service ever .why have website if you unable to manage,track .their call centre do have manager,wow worst
