So dissapointed and angry

I always order at Makro without issues but this time, i am highly dissapointed. i made an order and they delivered 1 product but marked everything delivered, now no one knows where the rest of my order is and it has been a week now. I have been calling every day emailing etc. Everyone says they are investigating and it is such an for me. Atleast refund me or send the rest of my products. I am even amazed that your customer care line cannot get the store to respond when calling them. How do you guys do business with all stores if you cannot reach your own people? i had to restock for christmas because fof this and still it is not resolved.
