So disappointing for such a big brand

I ordered a baby jungle gym on October 27 . It had been my first time shopping at Makro online, but being a reputable brand, l thought let me.....wrong move. l was notified on October 31 that my order had been cancelled, reason provided had not much clarity until much later. I could perhaps live with things till this point, as there may be matters beyond any seller's control - to be fair. What is unacceptable is the refund process which COULD take up to 14 days. I am so angry at this because when one buys, one pays not up to 14 days but immediately . The refund process COULD take up to 14 days - no one can even tell you when so you can plan, l must just wait, with my lousy baby hey! No credit/voucher option is even available to perhaps place another order of that which is available quicker....no, with Makro l must wait an entire two weeks, within which Makro may "surprise " me with my money and with their permission possibly continue with my purchase - my poor baby being welcomed to the world, shame man! l would have reordered by now, oh well......sooo disappointed!
