SO disappointed with Marko online and support!

Makro online and support has been so disappointing. I wanted to buy things online for Black Friday, but after adding some of the items to the cart, the Black Friday prices weren't reflecting. I sent an email through with a screenshot, the reply email was that the specials were in-store ONLY and not online. I then rep**** with a screenshot of the ad where it states in-store AND online... NO REPLY!!!

Also, the reason I was buying online is I am a very broke single mommy and needed to use the PayFlex option. After loading my cart with different items, I couldn't use the PayFlex option as a box kept popping us saying OOPS!

Oops doesn't help a single mom out...
