So disappointed with Makro Woodmead

Makro Woodmead again...they again canceled items worth of R375 without communicating with me. They say it's a system glitch, so am I supposed to be inconvenienced because of their system? I had to call them and not one of them was able to give me a solution, not Chikombhiso or even Charity the manager. May Makro Woodmead not handle my online orders anymore...they can't even follow the system that they have put in place...I am so disappointed
