So disappointed

This lady by the name of Nokthula as I was standing inside the shop approached us and asked if we were interested in opening a makro credit, i then ask her if that means buying on credits she agrees and then i told her WE are fine WE not interested as i was standing with my nephew and my brother . She then ask who's WE, told her me and my brothers, and then i got a shock or disappointment of my life when she asked if my brothers can't speak for themselves. As embarrased or disappointed as i was i decided to end the conversation as i didn't know what to say to her... Now is Makro realy prides itself with the staff they hire to deal with their customers if that how they engage with them. Now that my brothers and i were not interested in whatever credit she was offering we were wrong and deserved such treatment from your representatives?
