so disappointed

I did go to makro to by a telkom landline telephone it was R200 I did by it on the 18th of April like 2 days a go when I got home I open the box to find that the phone is then not sealed up as new the base of the phone is not in new packaging no sealed plastic on base of the phone only the handset got plastic on and it don't look new to because the 1 cord was already in the phone to so it looked uesed and the love hone is not working right to a Telkom technician did come out because tr was a nose on my line and he told me its the phone I did pay for a new phone and. I am not happy with wat I got this is unacceptable
