smoking **** In the parking lot

Yesterday I was at makro.i approach a guy by the name bilal, he had a verimark shirt on so I assume he works for verimark.he was smoking **** in the parking area. I told him this is not a place for him to be smoking **** where the is lots of kids with parents around. His rresponse to me was and I quote\ what I do here is non of ur business. . I sad to say that makro has lost a loyal customer by his actions. How do they employ staff like him.."
