S&m basin counter top wash basin

Online purchase are horrible. I ordered twice and twice the same item missing of the product. They keep on saying we must refund and re order. I do not want to send it back or refund I want the missing item. S&m wash basin. The missing item is a cup washer water outlet. We still waiting on our first refund now 2 weeks
