Slow delivery for online purchase
Ordered online some groceries and drinks. The app said delivery 2-5 days. Now 10 days later the status on the app is "packed, to be picked up by courier". Never again. Avoid Makro online at all cost

11 Sept 2022, 11:21 Hi, this is with regard to my order #MAk***. Yesterday, after waiting for 21 days I have received part of the order which was supposed to be delivered 2-5 days, which is a very unfortunate state of Makro affairs. Even worst it is one item short Namely 12x Schweppes Indian tonic, which was never dispatched. Have a look at the attached loading note. The second part which is was supposed to be delivered within 21 days (12x LaBonheur Manor House) just shows "packed" on my app and obviously was not delivered in 21 days. Please advice on the soonest delivery or start processing a refund.
