Slow delivery and out of stock product!!

Hi

I would like to write this review on Makro Ottery, I placed an online order for 4 items on 22 November 2017. I paid for all the products which amounts to R5000, they debited my account and was sent a confirmation saying the products would be delivered in 2-5 working days. I have still note received my ORDER!!!

One of the products I oredered was the Seagate 2TB Harddrive for R999 and was told It was out of stock! when purchasing the there were a few of those available, Makro has not been keeping me informed of the progress of my order and is not willing to give me a Harddrive for the price they have advertised It for but wanting to reimburse my order!

I am disgusted and appauled by the customer service experience I have had with this store! I will make sure everyone knows about their ****ty service and lack there of

I am not impressed with the service I have received! I will put this all over social media!
