Slap dash management

I bought a oven from makro port Elizabeth. Since day one I lodged a service call as the oven is a dud. For 2 months now I'm being fed with lies and false assurance that they will come sort it out. I wasted good money and I'm left with no help. All calls and visits to management are a waste.
