Worse experience ever Bought a sky worth 43” from makro montague ,tv started to flicker and become dim, I returned it and asked at-least for a refund or a replacement They advised they unable to refund as it is over 14 days , it’s been over 10 days and no feedback I keep calling the call centre and get no joy and I went 3 times to the store and keep hearing it hasn’t went to the assessors I don’t understand how such a huge company has such poor customer service ,the lady working in exchanges screams to the manager and says I must wait imagine ???
