Six weeks of dirty laundry
Can you rate zero stars? Bought a washing machine online on 27/11. After two weeks with no updates and lots of dirty laundry, I called to cancel the order. Makro did not know where the unit was - referring me to a courier who I have no contact with. Fast forward to six weeks later still no delivery. But no refund and any and every excuse under the sun. Had to buy a machine from someone else to do laundry and now would love to have my money back!

12 Jan 2023, 14:48This is just not acceptable - The order was cancelled on 6 December and confirmed on 13 December. This issue now with Dawn Wing is just another excuse when it is now a week since Dawn Wing wanted to deliver. Seven weeks since you took my money.
