I would like to express my gratitude for the outstanding service and support provided to me, eventually, after many months of misery dealing with Makro and back n forth's together with the CPA involved, special thanks to Sivuyile Seyothula (Consultant Makro SA). He was incredibly knowledgeable and dealt with my issues extremely well. His outstanding consumer service skills were indeed evident and dealt with the specific issues that I have been facing.

Makro management failed to contact me on several occasions and I have honestly lost hope with Makro. Sivuyile is a true asset to Makro. You no longer find such great service nowadays. I am grateful for his help and all efforts put together. This is my first "good" experience I have had with Makro. Thank you Sivuyile. I really hope this message reaches his manager and the rest of Makro's management.
