SITTING WITH RETURNS AND NOBODY RESPONDS

I ordered some vacuum bags from Makro online. I have mailed them numerous times and called so many times i cannot even count the number of calls i made. Every single time they cut me off. The lady at the switchboard has got an attitude of "whatever". According to her they have to many calls to handle. I said i don't care, you still do not have to cut me off every freakin time. I just want the freakin bags picked up and be refunded!!! Is that so difficult. They like to sell stuff, but it seems after that they do not care one bit about after service!!!!!!!!!!!! Pathetic man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
